Welcome to Card Click. These Terms of Service govern your use of cardclick.net and any purchase you make from this site. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who you're dealing with
Card Click is a sole-proprietor small business operated by Case Cain in Tallahassee, Florida. When you order, you're ordering from a single person who designs, prints, packs, and ships every unit.
Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
All units are printed to order. Production begins shortly after payment.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion — for example, if the shipping destination becomes unavailable, if there's a production issue, or if an order appears fraudulent.
Shipping
See the Shipping page for full details on processing time, carriers, and delivery estimates. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees — USPS controls the actual delivery window once a package is in their hands.
Returns and replacements
See the Returns page for full details. Damaged or defective units are replaced for free. Made-to-order means no buyer's-remorse returns.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the unit is in production and refunds are not possible — though the Returns policy still applies to damage and defects.
Intellectual property
The Card Click name, logo, product designs, photographs, videos, and website content are the property of Case Cain. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or 3D-print copies of Card Click for resale without written permission.
You're welcome to share photos, videos, and reviews of your Card Click on social media.
Use of this site
Don't do anything illegal, harmful, or destructive with this site — no scraping in violation of Squarespace's terms, no attempts to disrupt the site or its commerce functions, no fraudulent orders.
Disclaimers
Card Click is sold as-is, with the replacement and return policies described above. While we do everything we can to ensure each unit functions perfectly, we make no additional warranties beyond what those policies cover.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a Card Click order is limited to the purchase price of the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute related to your use of this site or a Card Click order will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Leon County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
If these terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
