Card Click is built to last. The mechanism is the same push-push spring used inside cameras, the body is printed in tough PETG, and every unit gets hand-inspected before it ships. But things happen. Here's how we handle it.

The short version: if your Card Click arrives damaged or doesn't work the way it should, we'll replace it for free. No return shipping. No hoops.

Damaged in transit

If your Card Click arrives damaged — cracked, bent, broken mechanism, or a torn mailer that affected the unit — send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. You won’t need to ship the damaged unit back.

Defective mechanism

If your Card Click doesn't click, doesn't hold the card securely, or fails in any way, message us. We'll replace it for free.

Doesn't fit your SD card

Standard SD card compatibility is universal across the format, but edge cases happen. If your card doesn't fit Card Click properly, message us with a photo of your card next to the unit. We'll work it out — replacement, refund, or troubleshooting.

Buyer's remorse

Because each Card Click is printed to order, we don't accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This is standard for made-to-order products. Cancellations

You can cancel and refund an order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the unit is in production. Full timeline details are on the Shipping page.

  • Your order number (it's in your order confirmation email)

  • A photo, if applicable

  • A short description of what went wrong

We read and reply to every message. Most replacement requests are resolved within 24–48 hours.
