How card click ships

Every Card Click is hand-printed to order on a Bambu A1 in Tallahassee, Florida. Because each unit is made for you specifically, there's a short window between when you place the order and when it ships.

Processing Time

1 to 3 business days. That's the print, the inspection, the labeling, and the pack. If you order Monday morning, your unit is usually in the mail by Wednesday or Thursday.

Shipping Carrier & Speed

• Method: USPS Ground Advantage

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days within the U.S. after the package ships

• Tracking: Provided automatically by email once your label is created

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at launch.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. USPS doesn't always catch typos, and re-routing a package isn't always possible. If you spot an error after ordering, message us within the cancellation window below.

Cancellations

We can cancel and refund an order within 12 hours of purchase.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

USPS occasionally loses or damages a package. If your tracking stops updating for more than 5 business days, or if the unit arrives damaged, message us. We’ll send a free replacement — see the Returns page for details.
