Card Click ("we," "us," "Card Click") is a small business operated by Case Cain in Tallahassee, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit cardclick.net, how it's used, and what choices you have.

Information collected

When you visit cardclick.net or place an order, the following information may be collected:

  • Order information: Your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and the items you ordered.

  • Payment information: Payment is processed by Squarespace Payments (powered by Stripe). We do not see or store your full credit card number, only confirmation that payment was successful and the last four digits of your card.

  • Email list subscription: If you opt into the email list, your email address is stored to send you updates about new products, restocks, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

  • Site analytics: Standard web analytics (page views, referrers, approximate location, device type) may be collected via Squarespace's built-in analytics. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

  • Cookies: This site uses cookies for basic site functionality, cart persistence, and analytics. Your browser allows you to disable cookies if you prefer.

How information is used

Your information is used to:

  • Fulfill and ship your order

  • Communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping notifications, issue resolution)

  • Send marketing emails if you've opted into the email list

  • Improve the site based on aggregate analytics

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third parties that may receive your information

To run this business, some information necessarily passes through service providers:

  • Squarespace: Hosts the site and processes payments via Squarespace Payments / Stripe

  • USPS / Pirateship: Receives your shipping address to deliver your order

  • Email service provider (Squarespace Email Campaigns): Receives your email if you subscribe

Each of these has its own privacy policy. They are not authorized to use your information for any purpose other than providing services to Card Click.

Your rights

  • Request that your information be corrected or deleted

  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time

  • Object to or limit how your information is used

Data retention

Order information is retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Email list subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe.

Children's privacy

Card Click is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers.
